too much mint is no good like all other gifts of Nature. It is wise to use in little doses as and when needed.
- For cough----Licking of juice of mint leaves+ Ginger + a little honey
- Hiccup----- chewing leaves or leaves with dry coconut, or leaves with sugar.
- Indigestion----juice of mint+ black salt.
- Burning sensation in stomach----mint dry or fresh + curd or lassi.
- Blisters in the mouth----chewing fresh mint+ dry coriander+sugar candy in equal proportion.
- Burning sensation on the soles- Applying cold mint leaves taken from the fridge.
- For venomous insect-bites-----Apply mint paste.
- For Acne, black heads on the face-----Apply at night juice of mint+lemon juice +Rose water. Wash the face when it becomes dry.
- Prevention from cold, cough, and indigestion----- Drink 1/4 cup mint juice + 1/4 cup water daily.
