Healthy tips
- For small burns - apply mashed tomato for quick relief .
- Chewing Mint leaves gives relief from the sensitivity of teeth .
- Keeping a clove near the affected tooth soothes the tooth pain.
- For throat pain , rinsing one glass of warm water mixed with half a teaspoon of black salt, one teaspoonful of vinegar, one teaspoon honey every 2 hours four times.
- For relief from cough, make tiny balls of black pepper powder and jaggery and take it.
- A warm poultice of ground paste of jaggery and caraway seeds ( ajwain ) will take out the thorn or a glass piece stuck up in the foot.
