Ancient codes for drinking water
Water is essential for health. But there is a method for taking it. Then only it is beneficial so say ancient codes.
- Water should always be drunk sip by sip, slowly swallowing it.
- One should drink water in a sitting position, and not standing as it results in knee pain.
- One or two glasses of water preferably warm water taken on empty stomach in the morning, gives freshness to the body by removing the toxins accumulated in the inner organs.
- It is said that one glass of water taken half an hour before bath is effective in controlling blood pressue.
- A glass of water half an hour before meals aids easy digestion.
- A glass of lukewarm water before bed is good for heart as well as for sleep.
- One should drink very cold water after coming from hot sun.
