Do's and Dont'

 

                                     Do's and Don't


  • Take food thrice a day. Daily eating one apple on empty stomach is good for stomach.
  • Eat only when you're hungry.
  • No late night dinner.
  • Only light food at night.
  • Keep silence while eating.
  • In the morning one cup with 2or 3 bananas give energy.
  • Taking something sweet or fruit after an hour after meals , helps digestion.
  • Chewing a little fennel seeds with cardamom and sugar crystals aids in good taste and digestion.
  • To digest bananas, chewing two small cardamom pieces will help.
  • Along with milk, no salty, sour food and curds.
  • Bath in Luke warm water in Winter.
  • While sleeping you shouldn't cover your head.
  • Before getting up in the morning, rub your palms together, keep them over the eyes. With this all nerves get activated and body becomes energetic.
  • Taking right side, slowly get up from the bed. Then hang your feet on the floor for one or two minutes. Then go.
  • For vitamin D, always go out in the Sun in morning before 10 AM and after 4 PM in the evening. Spend 40 minutes in the Sun.
